Your Journey Back to Work Starts Here.
In the current labor market context, women seeking to re-enter the professional world after a period of interruption, often due to personal commitments such as maternity or other family responsibilities, face significant challenges. This situation raises a crucial issue: how can we facilitate and support these women’s return to employment, thus ensuring a more balanced and diversified participation in the labor market ?
Development of a MVP
Before developing our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), we followed several crucial steps to understand the problem and the market. Initially, we conducted interviews with various stakeholders to determine if there was genuine traction for our idea. These interviews provided valuable insights into the needs and preferences of potential users.
To validate our findings, we created a Google Ads campaign and monitored the clicks to estimate the user acquisition cost. This step was essential in understanding the financial feasibility of attracting users to our platform.
Next, we performed a comprehensive analysis of the online education market. Our goal was to position ourselves with a unique and compelling offer. We decided to focus on a specific segment: women looking to return to the workforce. This niche allowed us to tailor our services to meet the unique needs of this audience.
With a well-defined idea, we proceeded to develop our MVP using WordPress. This allowed us to quickly and efficiently create a functional prototype, which you can see in the accompanying video.
